Stephanie’s career in real estate began as an investor, purchasing rental properties and renovating homes. Through that experience, she developed a deep understanding of market dynamics, return on investment, property management, and 1031 exchanges. Today, she leverages that expertise to help her clients evaluate opportunities with both lifestyle and long-term value in mind—an invaluable advantage in the competitive mountain real estate market.
 
As a longtime Breckenridge resident, Stephanie offers something equally important: authentic local insight. She and her husband of 22 years have raised their three sons in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, building a life centered around the outdoors and the unique lifestyle this region provides. Their family spends winters skiing and snowboarding and summers mountain biking, trail running, rafting and exploring Colorado’s iconic 14,000-foot peaks.
